Adding Food
It is easy to add food to The Diet Doctor nutrition software for customized, personal food analysis..
Dozens of colorful graphs show you the nutrients.
Just pick the food from the list. Below we have listed whole grain breads by typing in “bread” and “whole” in the box on the right. This “Google-like” search engine makes it easy to choose from just a few of the thousands of food choices listed. Once you have picked a food from this list, it is included in the favorites list above for ease of use. The down arrow on the right of the favorites list will drop down a list of your favorite foods.
Next, choose how much of the food that you ate. You can choose a slice of bread by double-clicking or put in an exact gram amount in the box on the right. The measures change for each food. This makes it easy to add any food.
That is how easy it is to add foods to your daily diet record.
